Why we collect it

  • Respond to your enquiry and assess whether we can help
  • Provide strata compliance services as agreed in our management agreement
  • Prepare documents including AGM notices, minutes, financial summaries, and strata roll records
  • Meet our obligations under the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 (NSW)
  • Communicate with you about your scheme

We do not use your personal information for marketing purposes without your consent.

Who we share it with

We only share your information where necessary:

  • NSW Land Registry Services — for by-law lodgement and title-related functions
  • NSW Fair Trading / Strata Hub — for mandatory scheme registration
  • Solicitors or other professionals — only where engaged to assist with a specific matter on your instruction
  • Cloud storage and software providers — we use secure, reputable platforms to store records electronically. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

How we store and protect it

Your information is stored electronically using secure cloud-based systems. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, and disclosure. When information is no longer needed, we dispose of it securely.
